Marathon Training

I ran just over 9 miles last night in 69mins. It was reasonable weather conditions although a bit windy. Ran intervals for the middle 3 miles which was the first time in a couple of months. Interestingly, I tend to run about the same overall pace regardless of running at a steady pace or intervals. Not sure what that says about me?

I was hoping to get out at lunchtime today but was too busy at work. It's a shame as the weather was dry and it's likely to be wet for the remainder of the week.
